I LOVE MacHQ! I just purchased a brand new desktop and they transferred all of the data from my laptop to my new desktop. I was able to hit the ground running with setting up my new desktop in my office. They made it very easy. I also have a desktop that hasn’t been working right for over a year now. I dropped it off so they can work on it and get it running smoothly again. I’m so happy I have a place where I can purchase the latest and greatest and a place to go to help me keep my machines running and functioning properly. Thanks MacHQ!!!

I took my MacBook Pro in for a display replacement. Great customer service. Super fast turnaround time. I have no complaints.

Bonus points for making the millennial in me feel like I stepped into a Time Machine when I walked in. Reminds me of the computer stores I used to go buy CD-ROM games from.

Avoid the lines at the Genius Bar! MacHQ is fabulous. No lines, repair techs on site.Told me my I pad would be 350.00 to replace screen. Clearly not cost affective. Sold me a refurbished one several generations newer than mine for 100.00. Very pleased! Didn’t try to oversell me.
